The following services are to be provided (sometimes even on weekends):

Water collection over 4 water positions and dissipation over approximately 25 km of trench systems, control including maintenance and maintenance of existing trench systems.

In order to ensure public safety, monitoring activities (security service), monitoring and renewal of signage as well as services for waste clearance and flood protection are to be provided on a monthly basis within the redevelopment area.

The sea outlet must also be operated on a monthly basis (for example, the two contactors are operational and maintained).

- Monthly inspections in the rehabilitation area

- approx. 75,000 m² maintenance of paths and access roads per year

- approx. 25 km control and clearing of trenches incl. disposal of approx. 50 tons of sediments per year

- approx. 50,000 m² of grass mowing per year

- Maintenance of approx. 200 signs and approx. 10 barriers per year

- approx. 25 km of waste clearance per year

- Daily inspection of 4 dewatering systems including their piping systems

- Monthly inspection and maintenance of the hydraulic ram system

- Operate outlet structure incl. approx. 50 x removal and installation of the stop beams
