The objective of the framework agreement(s) is to cover the requirements for the procurement and delivery of nutritional products/institutional household articles for the municipality's units. See the description in the attached price sheet. We would like to use this contest to increase the focus on the use of planned procurements in the municipalities' units. The goal is to have a more standardised product selection, and thereby a lower number of product lines, but a greater volume of the products that are in the planned procurements. Greater focus on the use of planned procurements can lead to a change in consumer patterns.
Regionalt innkjøpssamarbeid i Helgelandsregionen (RIH) assists Vefsn, Grane and Hattfjelldal Municipalities, in addition to the collaboration municipality Brønnøy until the evaluation has been completed and the contract shall be signed.
The participating municipalities will sign identical contracts based on the contract awarded to the chosen tenderer for their municipality, and will, thereafter, be responsible and follow-up their own contracts during the entire contract period. Any status meetings can be held jointly if this is found appropriate.

Tenderers that submit a tender for main group 1 - grocery products are obliged to submit a tender for all the sub-groups. Otherwise tenders can be submitted for one or more main groups and sub-groups, but alternative tenders cannot be submitted for each group. A contract will be awarded to only one tenderer per main group and/or sub-group. A tenderer can be awarded a contract for several main and/or sub-groups.
