This is a framework agreement with purchase orders with no minimum amount and with a maximum annual amount of €200,000 excluding tax in accordance with Articles R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6 of the French Public Procurement Code.

Pursuant to Articles L. 2113-12 and R. 2113-7 of the French Public Procurement Code, the framework agreement will be reserved for adapted companies or for establishments and services providing assistance through work or equivalent structures.
