1. The subject of the contract are transport services in the field of transport of disabled pupils to schools and other educational institutions and transport to the place of residence in the school year 2023/2024, organized by the Municipality of Krzeszowice. The Contractor is obliged to provide care to students during transport.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, including the requirements for the provision of services, is presented in Part II containing model contracts for each lot and Part III containing the Description of the Subject of the Order for each part.
Part I: Transport of disabled pupils to schools and institutions in Kraków, Przeginia Duchowna, Skawina and transport of pupils to their place of residence (4 routes).- Transportation of students will take place twice a day (delivery and drop-off).
- Transport organized by one carrier by 4 buses.
-Transport is understood as transport of pupils from a designated stop at the place of residence to schools or institutions and transport of pupils from schools and institutions to a designated stop in the place of residence.
- Transport of children to schools and institutions will take place in the morning, collection of children
in the afternoon.
The Contractor is obliged to determine the routes independently in consultation with the Contracting Entity, taking into account the following conditions:
• Due to the large number of outlets scattered throughout Krakow, it is required to organize four routes by four means of transport.
• Transportation must be arranged by the shortest possible route (possible motorway passage). The Ordering Party reserves the right to check the route before starting the service.
• Students get on and off only in designated areas.
• Departure of the child from the first town on the route must not take place earlier than 5.45. every day.
• Students will be cared for during transport by guardians, i.e. people with knowledge
in the field of first aid or pre-medical and prepared to perform basic nursing and care activities for disabled children.
• Cars must be equipped with seat belts. In cars, it must be possible to install car seats (seats, pads) adapted to the child's height and disability. The child seat/pad is provided by the child's parent. The car on route II must be technically adapted to transport two children in wheelchairs. Other cars must be able to adapt technically for the possible transport of students in wheelchairs.
- The Contractor shall provide the Contracting Authority with a detailed schedule for the carriage of children within 5 days before the date of commencement of the provision of the service being the subject of the contract. This schedule must include: a detailed description of the routes, travel times and a mobile phone number to the driver.
Part II: Transport of disabled pupils to schools and other educational institutions in Trzebinia, Chrzanów and Jaworzno and transport of pupils to their place of residence (2 routes).- transport of students will take place twice a day (delivery and drop-off)
- transport organized by one carrier by 2 buses:
-Transport is understood as transport of pupils from a designated stop at the place of residence to schools or institutions and transport of pupils from schools and institutions to a designated stop in the place of residence.
- Transport of children to schools and institutions will take place in the morning, collection of children in the afternoon.

Due to the fact that OREW in Wolbrom is a non-holiday facility, the service will be provided until July 31, 2024.
-Transport is understood as transport of pupils from a designated stop at the place of residence to schools or institutions and transport of pupils from schools and institutions to a designated stop in the place of residence.
- Transport of children to schools and institutions will take place in the morning, collection of children in the afternoon.
- The Contractor is obliged to determine the routes independently in consultation with the Contracting Authority, taking into account the following conditions:
