Communication support SPRIND projects and challenges, framework contract video production and release in a suitable format
The Federal Agency for Leapfrog Innovations - SPRIND GmbH (SPRIND) aims to create leapfrog innovations from Germany. Leapfrog innovations are products, services and systems that make our lives noticeably and sustainably better. Videos are an important component of SPRIND's communication strategy. Videos are intended to present the projects and the working methods of SPRIND in a detailed and entertaining way. Videos make it possible to report intensively and vividly about the people who work at and with SPRIND. In the case of documentary video formats, the focus is on the presentation of the project object, the project development and the project progress. With livestreams, SPRIND wants to get into the exchange with the viewers and show the openness and approachability of SPRIND.
The subject matter of the framework contract to be awarded is video production, video publication and directly related services, through which SPRIND is to be supported in the communication support of ongoing projects and challenges. SPRIND focuses on the formats (1) project videos with a length of 8 to 12 minutes each, (2) live streams with a length of 60 to 90 minutes each and (3) documentaries with a length of 25 to 30 minutes each. In addition, further formats can be established during the framework contract term in close coordination between SPRIND and the contractor. In close coordination with SPRIND, the contractor is responsible for the editorial preparation including research and script, the conception/preparation/organisation and execution of the shooting days or the live stream, the post-production processing of the video material and the distribution. Upon conclusion of the framework agreement, SPRIND is obliged to commission the following individual orders (minimum purchase) by the end of the framework contract period: 8 project videos, 2 live streams and 2 pieces of documentation.
