Ventilation and air-conditioning systems (ventilation)

This tender "Ventilation and air-conditioning systems" refers to the following buildings:

GS 1, GS 2, GH and SH.

Part of the tender are a series of central ventilation units, which include filters, heat recovery, heaters, coolers, fans and silencers. The devices are planned partly for outdoor installation and partly for installation inside the buildings. The following is a short list, the details can be found in the specifications:

Air handling unit, for supply and exhaust air 6,560 / 6,560 m3/h as outdoor unit GS1.

Air handling unit, for supply and exhaust air 4,370 / 4,370 m3/h as indoor unit GS2.

Air handling unit, for supply and exhaust air 12,540 / 12,540 m3/h as indoor unit GH.

Air handling unit, for supply and exhaust air 11,215 /11,215 m3/h as indoor unit GH kitchen incl. hydraulic unit.

Air handling unit, for supply and exhaust air 9,650 / 9,650 m3/h as indoor unit SH

In addition, individual fans are planned for technical rooms with 100 m3/h (2 pcs.) each and decentralised ventilation units with a maximum of 800 m3/h (20 pcs.) each.

All fire dampers are to be equipped with a 24V spring return motor, the professional backfilling of the joints/annular spaces around the fire dampers is part of the tender. To control the air volume flows, constant and variable volume flow controllers as well as volume flow limiters are planned.

As a rule, the air ducts and ducts are made of galvanized sheet steel, with the only exceptions being the flexible air ducts for connection to the air diffusers and the exhaust pipe system. A kiln is planned in the community house (GH), the exhaust gas pipe system of which is part of the present tender.

In the kitchen area, supply and exhaust air hoods are planned.

The roof penetrations are partly to be installed in concrete ceilings and partly in wooden ceilings. Particular attention should be paid to the information in the specifications regarding transport or the installation of ventilation units!

Split systems are planned for cooling the server rooms (4x outdoor and 4x indoor units).

The present tender also includes all necessary fastening and assembly structures as well as fire protection bushings, insulation and insulation.

Maintenance is mandated "optionally". However, the item "maintenance" must be offered and is included in the total offer price for the evaluation.
