The contract concerns services related to architecture and engineering related to the final design and coordination for safety in the design phase of the intervention called “Institute of Higher Technical High School Education — “S.Stagi” Artistic High School and “Don Lazzeri” Technical Institute of Pietrasanta. Replacement of an existing building for the construction of the new single headquarters” referred to in the technical and economic feasibility project approved by Deliberative Decree no. 59 of 21/06/2018 - CUP: E47B2000174000
The service consists in the preparation of the documents relating to the final design of the aforementioned intervention, as described in articles 24 to 32 and art 43 of Presidential Decree no. 207 of 5 October 2010, and the coordination for safety during the final design phase, as well as, although possibly already referred to in the decree, of: Fire design drawings including all documentation necessary for the purpose of submitting the project evaluation request to the VVF command responsible for obtaining the opinion successfully (Presidential Decree 151/2011), processed and reports for requirements acoustic (Law 447/95, Presidential Decree 512/97), Energy Report (ex Law 10/91 and subsequent amendments).
The Provincial Administration, for the purpose of approving the final project pursuant to art. 31 of Legislative Decree 50/2016, will call the Decision-Making Services Conference, pursuant to art. 14 and following of the L. 241/90, for the acquisition of opinions, understandings, concerts, clearances or other acts of consent, however named by the various administrations including managers of competent public goods or services.
The Provincial Administration reserves the right not to proceed with the award of the design assignment if the Municipality does not proceed with the change in the Operational Plan, as best specified in Annex 4, referred to as 'Design Addresses'. The aforementioned variation is substantial to allow the implementation of the intervention for which the financial contribution has been assigned (building replacement project) taking into account that the administration Provincial would risk a definition if a different category of intervention were to be implemented.
