Concerns Naustdal primary and Lower secondary school. Alteration and addition to North wing and Middle wing. Demolition of South wing and construction of new educational building as a replacement for the South wing. Some outdoor work. Hire of assembled school barracks, as replacement for the South wing during the construction phase etc.

The North wing shall be added to with 370 m² gross area over 2 floors and altered with 344 m² gross area on floor 2. Floor 1 in the middle wing shall be altered with 464 m² gross area and have added 50 m² gross area. The new educational building which replaces the old South wing, is approximately 1 900 m² GFA. Form of contract is Turnkey contract.
