Trust Housing Association, Hanover (Scotland) Housing Association, Bield Housing and Cairn Housing Association wish to appoint a supplier to supply and deliver hard & soft furnishings to their housing developments for older people across the country, including the islands. Bield also has a number of care homes, these range in size from 6 – 22 beds. Candidates are asked to note that each Association will have varying requirements throughout the lifetime of the contract and, for example, may not source its carpets from the contract immediately due to existing contractual obligations. The formal framework agreement is expected to commence on or around 3.11.2012 and will run on this occasion to the 31.3.2017 to enable the organisations involved to align to their financial year end dates.
