The procurement services of the City of Turku's Group administration request applications for participation in the competitive negotiation procedure, the aim of which is to new the City's telecommunications services for the period 1.8.2024 (target) – 31.7.2028, after which the contracts will continue until further notice.

The client does not wish to restrict implementation options or technologies at the beginning of the competitive dialogue. The Customer wishes to give all suppliers participating in the negotiation process the opportunity to offer the best solutions for achieving the Customer's objectives. The client is looking for a single supplier with principal responsibility.

The content of the services and functionalities subject to competitive tendering may change during the negotiations, and some of the services and functionalities may also be put out to tender separately if the Customer deems it appropriate.

For the sake of clarity, it should be noted that the future procurement will only concern the telecommunications services of the Subscriber (City of Turku). For example, surrounding municipalities or limited liability companies owned by the Contracting entity are not included in the tendering process.

One (1) principal responsible supplier and deputy supplier(s) shall be selected as the supplier. The package will be specified as the negotiations progress.
