Bergen Municipality via the Agency for Sport would like to enter into a framework agreement with a tenderer for the delivery of engineering and consultancy services for the agency's projects within renovation and development of outdoor sports facilities.
We are carrying out several different projects, with project values ranging from NOK 1 million to 30 million, and the amount will vary from year to year depending on orders and budget decisions. Continuous calls-offs will therefore be made during the contract period based on which projects are to be carried out.
The framework agreements will cover engineering and consultancy services for outdoor sports facilities with associated constructions in all districts, within the areas of competence of detailed engineering of concrete structures, stormwater systems, foundation work, electrical/lighting and landscape architecture, complete cost estimates for construction of the projects, responsible applicant, risk analysis related to construction work and follow-up during the contest and construction phase as needed. There may also be a need to carry out environmental and ground investigations for various projects.
The framework agreement has a duration of 2 years with the possibility of extension for up to a further 1+1 years.
The value of the framework agreement, including options, is estimated at approximately NOK 15 million excluding VAT. This estimate is based on the existing scope of services, and is not binding for the contracting authority, and can be subject to change.
Each call-off will be regulated by either:
NS 8401 General contract terms for engineering design assignments or
NS 8402 General contract terms for consultancy contracts remunerated according to time spent.
In addition, the contractual terms stipulated in the framework agreement also apply to the execution of the assignments.
Which of the above-mentioned standard contracts will be used in the individual assignment will be stated in the call for tenders. In addition, the contractual terms stipulated in the framework agreement for the execution of the assignments also apply.
