On behalf of Østfold Hospital Trust, Sykehusbygg HF invites tenderers to a contest for the procurement of architectural and consultancy services in connection with the implementation of the concept phase for the Radiation and Somatic Building Kalnes project.

In connection with the work on the development plan for Østfold Hospital Trust, a projection of capacity needs until 2040 has been made. Development plan 2035 points to the need for an expansion of the capacity for somatic beds in the reception area at Østfold Hospital Trust. It is not possible to solve the capacity challenges with the current building.

This procurement includes work in the concept phase stage 1 and stage 2 with an option for preparation for preliminary project and preliminary project. Work in the preliminary project can be transported to the contractor.

The basis of the implementation is the Guide for the early phase in hospital construction projects (2017).

In the concept phase stage 1, the assignment consists of the following services that the tenderer must deliver:

- Alternative investigation, including greenhouse gas calculations per alternative.

- Assistance with cost estimates.

- Participation in the process of assessing and ranking the alternatives.

- Give input for the work on drawing up the main programme

In the concept phase stage 2, the assignment consists of the following services that the Tenderer must deliver:

- Sketch project for the selected alternative.

- Assistance in the work with calculations, uncertainty analysis and updating the environmental programme. For a more detailed description of assignments and services, please refer to Part II of the Contract documentation, attached.
