Framework contract for postal services:

Collection, franking and distribution/dispatch of letters

for Netzgesellschaft Düsseldorf mbH and its affiliated

Group company (mainly Stadtwerke Düsseldorf AG)

Scope:

Subject of the service / criteria

The object of the service is summarized as a "letter service" and consists in particular of:

- Provision of containers in sufficient quantities for the duration of the contract for the reception of the letters at the Client

- Delivery of the incoming mail 6:00 a.m. and 8:30 a.m. to the AG

- Collection of sealed letters from the AG, daily from Monday to Thursday between 13:30 and 14:00 and Fridays between 12:30 and 13:00

- Franking of the letters, including advertising stamps (The clichés are provided by the CLIENT)

- Distribution of letters no later than E+2: 2 working days (working day = Monday to Saturday) after handover.

- Non-deliverable letters, e.g. due to "Unknown warped", "Acceptance refused", "Deceased", no mailbox in the house, incorrectly allocated letters etc. must be back at the CLIENT on the following working day.

The following are not the subject of the service:

- Collection/franking and distribution of cash on delivery and express letters.
