Ashford Borough Council are looking to procure a contractor for office re-fit and removal services (Phase 1). The key areas this covers are;

•removal of existing partitions, floors and ceilings along with electrical works installation of new partitions, flooring and ceilings throughout the first, third and fourth floor

•refurbishment to the ground floor reception area to accommodate a disabled access toilet and security entry system and new flooring.
