On its Lyon site (Solaize), IFPEN is planning the rehabilitation of a technical building: MICA.

This building, dating from the end of the 1960s and 1970s, houses R&D facilities.

Given the dilapidated state of this building, renovation work is necessary to ensure the functioning of the R&D units.

This industrial hall type building is located in a safety zone which concentrates risky activities. ATEX zones are identified in this part of the site.

The MICA building is made up of several buildings housing several research departments, as well as the Axel'One collaborative innovation platform (Sysprod project).

In 2005 and 2007, respectively the MICA C and MICA B North parts were rehabilitated. The renovation of MICA A and MICA B Sud therefore remains to be finalized to complete the complete rehabilitation of the building.

Diagnosis, sketch, preliminary draft, final draft, project study - consultation file for companies, assistance with works contracts, partial execution studies, visa of execution studies carried out by contractors and participation in synthesis studies, management of the execution of works contracts, assistance with reception operations, and during the Perfect Completion Guarantee (GPA) period; constitution of the Files of the executed works (DOE).
