Under the Wmo, home modifications are provided to residents with a disability with the aim that people with a disability can continue to live independently at home for as long as possible. The starting point is that a suitable solution is sought that matches the personal (living) situation of the residents and the needs of the residents. In addition, the home adaptation is the most adequate, functional and future-oriented solution to the client's problem. By concluding a framework agreement, the municipality of Zaanstad wishes to make agreements with one contractor who is able to deliver and install and maintain minor housing adjustments during the term of the framework agreement.

The estimated contract value is €495,000 per year in current contracts based on our estimate which is based on a market consultation, historical data, price increases and indexations.

The maximum value of the framework agreement is €3,750,000 taking into account all renewal options, price increases, indexations and review clauses. Once the maximum is reached, the agreement ceases to have effect.
