The target of the procurement is the procurement of open source robotic process automation and robocalls, as well as services related to their use.

Through this acquisition, Tiera's goal is to acquire robotic process automation and related services for the use of both Tiera and its owner-customers.

RPA primarily responds to the automation of routine processes and, in some cases, data migrations. Robotic process automation and robocalls will be utilized, for example, in financial administration, customer service, HR and payroll, order and contract management, project management, data and content audits, report compilation, receiving notifications, surveys, communications and communications.

Robotic process automation supports Tiera's thinking about accumulating, processing and releasing data for utilisation using machine learning and AI solutions.

The data traditionally collected from robocalls is often not further processed, and an additional tool is always needed to utilize it. A final report compiled from data collected from robocalls may already be outdated at the presentation stage. In this procurement package, robocalls are treated as a source of real-time data that is enriched, classified and combined to make the necessary decision and start the desired process.

Tiera provides service to its owner-customers on the basis of in-house status.

The goal is to implement the solution by Q1/2023 at the latest.
