The subject of the contract are services related to the Central Database of Job Offers (CBOP) in the scope of:

1) development;

2) administer and remove failures and errors;

3) user support and provision of helpdesk services.

3) user support and provision of helpdesk services.

Detailed information on the description of the subject, scope and conditions of the subject of the contract is specified in the Draft Agreement Provisions (PPU) together with attachments, constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ, with the proviso that Annex 3 to the contract for entrusting the processing of personal data (Annex No. 8 to the PPU) may be made available at the contractor's request.

For the purpose of preparing tenders, the contracting authority will make available for inspection the CBOP user documentation and the technical documentation of CBOP and the "Scope of personal data

CBOP" constituting Annex 3 to the contract for entrusting the processing of personal data (Annex 8 to the PPU). The documentation will be made available via the Platform at the contractor's written request.
