Specialist planning of technical equipment according to § 55 HOAI, ALG 1-6 and 8, LPH 2-8 and other special services, gradual commissioning.
The client intends to expand the "Trave School" support center in Bad Segeberg by 5 classrooms, 5 group rooms, 2 lounges, 3 bedrooms, 3 storage rooms for therapeutic aids, etc., various rooms for sanitary facilities and shower cubicles for boys and girls. With the extension, new technical rooms may need to be included. This is connected to the existing building, possibly by demolishing the existing building structure and restoring it in the expansion area of the property.
- Plot size: approx. 18 638 sqm,
- GFA available: approx. 3 608 sqm (the renovation of the existing building is not part of the order.),
- GFA extension: approx. 1 740 sqm.
The costs of the KG 300 + 400 were with a volume of max. Estimated EUR 2,841,000.00 net. According to the preliminary cost estimate, the costs for KG 400 are approximately EUR 741,000 net. The above-mentioned construction costs are to be understood as upper limits to which the design must be based in all project stages.
For this purpose, planning offices are invited to participate in the competition, which cover the technical engineering technical services and have implemented similar measures in the past.
The service phases 2-8 of the system groups 1-6 and 8 should be processed in the service profile according to § 55 HOAI. The assignment will take place in stages.

Services according to § 55 HOAI technical equipment planning (minimum requirement for the reference). Furthermore on (selection criteria): non-residential buildings, time spent in the past 5 years (from 2015, LPH 8 completed), buildings with comparable complexity / fee zone, similar scope of services and contract value, contracting authority.
The above points do not represent minimum requirements for the references, but serve to limit the number of suitable applicants in the overall assessment of the selection criteria. They must be noted on the reference sheets.

In phase 1, potential applicants are invited to participate and submit the application with the required evidence.
In phase 2, the requests to participate will be checked and the number of admitted applicants will be limited.
Phase 2 applicants will be invited to negotiate separately.
