The procurement includes the emptying of mixed waste collected in the collection bins of properties and the recyclable bulk waste temporarily accumulated next to them, as well as plastic, cardboard, small metal, glass and biowaste, as well as sludge from septic tanks and sealed wells (waste), and transporting the waste to the Loimi-Häme waste management office in 2023-2025.

A more detailed breakdown of the items and collection equipment is included in the appendices to the invitation to tender. The customer is responsible for purchasing the collection equipment used in the collection. Changes in the number, size and locations of the declared collection equipment in the contract area during the contract period are possible. The client notifies the contractor of any changes. The collection containers, their location and the longest allowable emptying interval are defined in the annex waste management/regional division.

The contractor must be prepared to empty the collection equipment in the contract area on a weekly basis, if necessary.

Tenders shall be rejected if the requirements of the tender documents are not met or if the tender does not correspond to the invitation to tender. The offer must be accompanied by the explanations and attachments required by the client.

Promotional prices must be reported as net prices excluding VAT (VAT 0%).
