SPL Lyon Part-Dieu, the Métropole and the city of Lyon wish to extend this public space on the other side of the avenue Félix Faure on a space cleared by the recovery of the rue Flandin, but also to integrate in the reflection the Fort Montluc park space (also called Alban Vistel square) and the existing esplanade.
