The Centre for ICT in education invite companies to participate in an open tender competition, with the aim being to enter into framework agreements for mapping and analysis services.

The aim is to cover the awarding authority's need for mapping and analyses of projects and services within the part of the education sector that includes nurseries, primary and secondary schools, further education and nursery teacher/teacher education. Thi can involve everything from surveys for utdanning.no, which has 1.6 million users, to evaulations of career guidance on the internet and mapping the pattern of use and competence in schools and teacher education.

The centre's need for research services and research reports shall not be covered by this framework agreement, but will be handled as separate procurements. This means that all research assignments, including theory reviews, theory development and empirical research projects will be kept out of the framework agreement.

The awarding authority has a need for assistance for carrying out the relevant services, to the degree that these are not carried out internally by the awarding authority. A contract will be signed with up to four - 4 - service providers.
