The construction project includes the construction and maintenance of a 0.4 and 20 kV electricity distribution network in Lahti Energia Sähköverkko Oy's network permit area, as well as new construction and modification work of the outdoor lighting network mainly carried out in the City of Lahti area. There may also be a few projects involved in the construction of outdoor lighting in other municipalities (Hollola and Asikkala). Lahti Energia Sähköverkko Oy also commissions the parent company Lahti Energia Oy's communications network work.
The contract is an annual contract at unit prices.
The estimated value of the procurement is EUR 20,000,000 (VAT 0%). The maximum value of the framework agreement referred to in section 45(2) of the Act on Public Contracts in Special Sectors is EUR 32,000,000 (VAT 0%). The contracting entity will put the procurement out to tender again if the maximum value is reached.
