The subject of the order is the service called "Revalorization of the City Park in Pyskowice" consisting in the ordering and development of green areas as well as the construction and assembly of associated infrastructure.

1. The subject of the order is the service called "Revalorization of the City Park in Pyskowice" consisting in the ordering and development of green areas as well as the construction and assembly of associated infrastructure.

The scope of work:

1. Tidying up and developing green areas

a) maintenance works on existing green areas and stands (mowing of weeds and one-year plantings, making carpet lawns, planting rebates with perennials, planting onion plants, dendrological review of trees, cutting trees, rejuvenating trees),

b) exchange of land under the platform,

c) planting deciduous trees and shrubs,

d) assembly of nesting boxes for birds and bats,

e) arranging the watercourse bed

2. Construction and assembly of associated infrastructure

a) Surface made of cobblestones - construction of the Nordic walking route and the route for rollerbladers,

b) Outdoor gym - delivery and assembly of an outdoor gym with the following types of equipment: double foot press, free standing bike, bench press plus lift, free standing rowing machine, free standing runner, free standing skier, free standing elliptical cross trainer, twister plus pendulum, free standing rider,

c) Elements of street furniture - i.e. benches - 43 pcs, concrete litter bins - 29 pcs, information boards for nature monuments - 6 pcs, boards with grill place regulations - 2 pcs, boards with regulations dog run - 2 pcs, boards with regulations gym area - 1 pcs, wooden and steel deckchairs - 3 pcs, bird boxes: for woodpeckers and small birds - 25 items, for bats - 11 items, bicycle stands - 6 items, grills - 2 items, delivery and installation of a semi-automatic toilet together with making a water and sewage connection,

d) Lighting (LED, solar LED) and monitoring - Replacing and supplementing park lighting, monitoring installation,

e) Wooden platform with a balustrade on prefabricated foundations, field stairs, repair of existing small architecture - construction of a wooden platform with the construction of an educational path with information boards; construction of field stairs on the embankment, repair work on individual elements, i.e.: repair or partial replacement of pedestrian paths, repair of walls surrounding the entrance to the square and walls in the square before entering the park, repair of existing stairs and footbridges; painting benches and balustrades, Note: If the renovation of walls is not possible for technical reasons, the Contractor will be obliged to completely disassemble and rebuild the wall,

f) Dog paddock (purchase and installation of equipment and fence)
