Part 1
A detailed description of the object of the contract, a description of the requirements of the contracting authority for implementation and reception shall specify:
a) Functional and Utility Program (Annex 9a to IDW – respectively for part 1) hereinafter also referred to as "PFU", which consists of:
- Descriptive part,
- Information part,
-Attachments.
b) draft provisions of the agreement – Part II SWZ;
c) description of the subject of the contract (OPZ) – Part III SWZ

4) A detailed description of the subject of the contract, a description of the Ordering Party's requirements for implementation and acceptance shall be specified by:
a) Functional and Utility Program (Annex 9b to IDW respectively for lot 2 of the contract), hereinafter also referred to as "PFU", which consists of:
- Descriptive part,
- Information part,
- Paving construction card,
- Conditions for the execution and acceptance of design works (KICiOPP),
- Conditions for execution and acceptance of construction works (KICiORB),
-Attachments
- Graphic part.
b) draft provisions of the agreement – Part II SWZ;
c) description of the subject of the contract (OPZ) – Part III SWZ
Ensuring water supply and sewage disposal from the investment zone as part of the task "Europark Ząbkowice Śląskie investment zone - an opportunity for the development of companies and entrepreneurs1) The Contracting Authority requires that the following scope be performed as part of the performance of the subject of the contract:
- preparation of design documentation along with obtaining a building permit, including the necessary opinions, arrangements and decisions,
- execution of construction works:
• modernization of the sewage treatment plant in Ząbkowice Śląskie,
• construction of a sanitary collector from the EuroPark Ząbkowice Śląskie investment zone for a sewage treatment plant with network facilities,
• modernization and extension of the water treatment plant in Olbrachcice Wielkie,
• construction of a water supply network from the Olbrachcice Wielkie WTP to the EuroPark Ząbkowice Śląskie investment zone
and carrying out final tests confirming the achievement of the intended effect.

Investment zone EuroPark Ząbkowice Sl. – an opportunity for the development of companies and entrepreneurs1) The Contracting Authority requires that the following scope be performed as part of the performance of the subject of the contract:
- preparation of design documentation along with obtaining a building permit, including the necessary opinions, arrangements and decisions,
- execution of construction works: consisting in the construction of access roads forming the communication system of the EuroPark Ząbkowice Śląskie industrial zone and reconstruction / extension of national road No. 8, district road No. 3161D, county road No. 3070D in the area of the industrial zone along with the construction of accompanying infrastructure (Ząbkowice Śląskie commune, Ząbkowice poviat, Dolnośląskie voivodeship).
