The object of the procurement is the maintenance services of stage II of the development and implementation of the Strategic Management Information System (SVIS).
When carrying out maintenance activities during the development and implementation of SVIS during phase II of the development and implementation of SVIS, the Service Provider will be obliged to:
1. supervise the execution of phase II of the development and deployment of SVIS during the remaining period of performance of the development and deployment contract, with due diligence and efficiency and on the basis of proven technical, financial and economic practices. All tasks and responsibilities will have to be performed in such a way as to ensure compliance with the requirements and applicable standards of the legislation governing the development and safety of THE ISS and safety as specified in the procurement specification (CVPP (eviesiejipirkimai.lt), procurement no. 633695) and the development and safety of THE IS;
2. control and require the service provider developing and implementing the SVIS to comply with all the requirements set out in the contract for the development and installation of the information system;
3. to monitor the actual compliance of the development and installation progress with the Project Plan submitted by the provider developing and implementing the SVIS, to require its strict execution and correction every time the real course of work does not correspond to the plan;
4. to control the sufficiency of the qualifications and number of personnel of the service provider developing and implementing SVIS performing services (specified in the procurement specification (CVPP (eviesiejipirkimai.lt), procurement no. 633695)) for the implementation of the phase II plan for the development and implementation of SVIS. to assist the contracting authority, if necessary, and to represent it in the provision of requirements to the service provider developing and deploying SVIS to take appropriate action to ensure the proper execution of the phase II plan for the development and deployment of SVIS, and to ensure the quality of the results;
5. to examine the results, reports prepared by the service provider developing and implementing SVIS, to assess their compliance with the current situation, quality requirements, to assist the contracting authority and its representation in requiring the results and reports to be submitted in a qualitative and timely manner, to comment on their suitability (if any);
6. develop a maintenance plan, regulation and coordinate it with the Contracting Authority;
7. to maintain close contacts with the representatives of the Contracting Authority, relevant organizations (including the managers/managers/owners of the integrated registers and information systems) throughout the performance of the Contract. The supplier must attend joint meetings with the representatives of the Contracting Authority, the relevant authorities, as soon as requested by any of the named parties. Also to provide assistance and advice to the representatives of the Contracting Authority in correspondence with the persons referred to in this point on issues related to the execution of the contract for the development and implementation of SVIS;
8. participate in the adoption of the results of the performance of the contract for the development and deployment of SVIS (including interim results) and the provision of conclusions and recommendations related thereto;
9. analyse the quality assurance programme submitted by the provider developing and deploying SVIS, if necessary, provide it with comments; to require the execution of the programme of the supplier implementing the System, if necessary, to carry out the tests and carry out other measures necessary to ensure the quality of the work;
10. require the service provider developing and implementing SVIS to fill in the accounting of works in a timely and proper manner;
11. to supervise and control the development and installation of SVIS at the sites where they are carried out, in order to ensure that all installation and testing works, methods and technologies comply with the approved technical specification and design documentation, the requirements of the contracting authority, the relevant standards and rules and the approved programme of execution of works;
12. to record and store all instructions given to the provider developing and installing SVIS and the correspondence received from it;
