The subject of the Order is:

Delivery and unloading of diesel oil in the amount of 320,000 litres (including 180,000 litres to the Municipal Waste Disposal Plant in Trzebień and 140,000 litres to MZGK Sp. z o.o. in Bolesławiec at 6 Staszica Street in Bolesławiec) – successively upon notification and purchase in the form of refuelling at a petrol station (within the city limits of Bolesławiec or on the route from Bolesławiec to Trzebień), 5000 litres of unleaded petrol PB 98 for vehicles and equipment of Miejskie Zakład Gospodarki Komunalnej Sp. z o.o.

in Bolesławiec, corresponding to the provisions of the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of

9 December 2008 on the quality requirements of liquid fuels. - with the specification specified in detail in the Description of the subject of the contract - hereinafter referred to as the OPZ, Appendix

No. 7 - to the SWZ.

1.1 The Contractor shall draw up a detailed description of the subject matter of the contract offered in accordance with

with Appendix No. 7 - OPZ to the Terms of Reference.

2. CPV Common Procurement Vocabulary: - 09134100-8 diesel; - 09132100-4

unleaded petrol.

3. The item of the order was not divided into parts. The Contracting Authority shall not allow the submission of partial tenders.

4. The Contracting Authority shall not permit the submission of variant tenders and in the form of electronic catalogs.

5. The Contracting Authority shall not provide for the award of contracts referred to in Article 214 (1) (8) p.z.p.

6. Contractor:

1) ensure the supply of fuel to the Municipal Waste Disposal Plant in Trzebień,

2) provide a 24-hour refuelling service for diesel diesel and Pb 98 unleaded petrol,

3) provide electronic billing of transactions for each month,

4) Upon request, the Contracting Authority will have access to the documents registering the sale of fuel and their inspections,

5) ensure the settlement of the refuelled fuel in the computer system,

(6) ensure the performance of diesel diesel and unleaded petrol Pb in accordance with

with the applicable standard,

7) The Contractor shall provide a location for the location of a petrol station for refuelling the Contracting Authority's vehicles within the city limits of Bolesławiec or on the route of the city of Bolesławiec

- Trzebień.
