The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity for the needs of the buildings of the District Office in Krakow and organizational units of the Krakow District in the period from 1 January 2024 to 31 December 2024, in accordance with the provisions of the Energy Law of 10 April 1997.

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity for the needs of the buildings of the District Office in Krakow and organizational units of the Krakow District in the period from 1 January 2024 to 31 December 2024, in accordance with the provisions of the Energy Law of 10 April 1997.

2. The detailed description and scope of the subject matter of the contract and the locations where the buildings covered by the contract are located shall include:

1) Draft contract – Annex No. 8 to SWZ;

2) List of electricity consumption points – Annex 1 to the contract.

3. This contract does not include electricity distribution services.

4. The amounts of electricity consumption for individual locations given by the Ordering Party in Annex 1 to the draft agreement are estimates and are a forecast amount to be valued in the price offer. The expected electricity consumption is an estimate and is used only to compare offers.

5. The Contracting Authority does not provide for any options in the said procedure.

6. The Contracting Authority reserves the right not to use the amount of demand indicated in Appendix 1 to the draft contract. The Ordering Party informs that specific quantities in individual locations may change depending on the Ordering Party's needs. Reducing or increasing the amount of demand at individual locations does not constitute a change to the contract. The Contractor will not pursue claims for quantitative changes during the performance of the subject matter of the contract.
