The order to be placed includes third-party and POCT laboratory services for the Hospital Land Hadeln Otterndorf, as well as all necessary requirements for logistics, IT connection and digital ordering, billing, as well as consulting services.

The laboratory supply at the Hospital Land Hadeln Otterndorf is ensured by POCT devices with in-house laboratory service, whereby the POCT devices are provided by the current third-party laboratory partner. Additional services are sent to the external laboratory partner.

Objective of the award

With a view to the requirement profile and the analysis statistics (external and POCT laboratory), typical emergency parameters, as well as generally expensive parameters, are to be considered economically, analyzed and, if necessary, reorganized by changes in the requirements behavior (see list of performance statistics).

The provision of the corresponding devices in compliance with the specifications of the current RiLiBÄK as well as maintenance, training, supply of appropriate consumables and control materials is required.

The devices are to be connected to a POCT data management system, through which the necessary administrative tasks (e.B user certification, training via e-learning, monitoring of the devices and quality controls, etc.) are handled.
