The object is Kv. Mälteriet 2, which was built in 1980 and originally housed a residential hotel for pensioners. Since 1999, the object has been owned and managed by the client, who has gradually rebuilt and modernized the apartments.
The property consists of several buildings with varying floor heights that sit together three and three in one building body. The buildings are referred to as houses A and C and consist of 6-12 floors / building body. The parts are connected to a low-rise building on two levels, which is referred to as building B.
The property currently houses a senior housing and a care and nursing home with a total of 178 apartments.
