The subject of the contract is the delivery of red meat and animal fats in 2023 (warehouses: in Grudziądz, Grupa, Chełmno and Brodnica), in accordance with the standards indicated by the Ordering Party and the assortment, quantities and requirements and in accordance with the conditions specified by the Ordering Party.

►The Contractor, who refers to the use of equivalent solutions, is obliged to demonstrate that the solution offered by him meets the requirements specified by the Ordering Party in the description of the subject of the contract. In connection with the invocation of Polish standards
in the description of the subject of the order, the Ordering Party allows equivalent products with physicochemical characteristics with a higher or lower percentage of their content in the product with a maximum value of +/- 1%, provided that they ensure better quality of the product and safety of its consumption. Equivalence may not concern an increase in the required percentage of water and fat content and a reduction in the protein content by a percentage fixed above.
If the Contractor refers to equivalent solutions, he is obliged to attach with the offer:
a list of products with equivalent solutions applied
description of equivalent solutions, e.g. detailed product sheet, declaration of conformity, laboratory test report, confirming the compliance of physico-chemical and quality properties of a given product in relation to those described by the Ordering Party.
A contractor who does not offer equivalence is not obliged to submit descriptions and materials as above. Failure by the Contractor to submit the documents indicated above, i.e. confirming that the offered subject of the contract meets the requirements specified by the Contracting Entity, will be tantamount to offering the subject of the contract a specific contract documentation.
►The Contracting Authority requires the Contractors submitting the offer to lodge a bid bond before the deadline for submitting tenders in the total amount of PLN 20,000.00. The Contractor is obliged to lodge a bid bond for the entire period of validity of the offer.
