The object of the contract, as detailed in Article 1 of the special tender specifications, consists in the performance of school canteen services to be provided to pupils attending kindergarten and full-time and prolonged primary school of the Comprehensive Institutes of the Municipality of Viterbo and to school staff with supervisory functions, with the methods and conditions established in the project documents and in the special tender specifications approved with the determinations of the Manager of Sector III n. 2792 of 14/12/2022, n.259 of 06/02/2023 and n. 519 of 03/03/2023.

Carrying out school canteen services for an estimated annual supply of n. 240,000 meals. The value of the contract in the three-year period (academic year 2023/2024-2024/2025-2025/2026) is equal to € 4,032,000.00 (€ 1,344,000.00 for each school year) in addition to the security charges from interference risks (not subject to reduction) equal to € 7,200.00. The faculty of renewal for the school year 2026/2027 is foreseen. The starting amount of the auction is fixed, for each meal at € 5.60 net of VAT, plus € 0.03 for security charges not subject to reduction.
