The subject of the investment task will be design and implementation: reconstruction of mechanical and sludge lines of the existing sewage treatment plant in Żyrardów at ul. Czysta 5 serving the agglomeration, which consists of: the city of Żyrardów, the commune of Jaktorów and the commune of Radziejowice. The implementation of the investment task co-financed from the European Union funds: "Water and sewage management in the city of Żyrardów - stage III" includes:
1) task 19 entitled: "Modernization (reconstruction) of the sewage treatment plant in Żyrardów";
2) task 20: "Reconstruction of the pumping station at ul. Gdansk in Żyrardów ",
by designing as part of the existing plot and carrying out works including comprehensive reconstruction, modernization, extension of existing mechanical draft and sludge management facilities, with delivery of new devices and installations, new technological equipment.

Ww. the scope also includes the replacement of equipment of complete technological lines together with technological networks and installations as well as other water and sewage, central heating, hot water, power supply and control and acoustic networks and installations at the sewage treatment plant in Żyrardów and the "Gdańsk" pumping station.
