The national stage for dance in Oslo has a refurnished workshop building at its disposal. The building includes a main scene and a smaller scene for dance performances. Currently there are sprung floors comprising pine wood over a network of lathes and subfloors on both scenes. Both floors must be removed and replaced.
The floor on the main scene shall be replaced in July 2020.
The main scene has a total area of approx. 580 m
The new floor must cover the available area of 450 m
The national stage for dance shall enter into a contract for a new stage floor at the main scene. The scene is mainly used as a performance arena for contemporary dance and must therefore have a design and a floor that are adapted to this purpose.
Requirements to the delivery.
1) The floor surface must be made of solid wood, preferably as a solid edge cut type of pine wood, e.g. Oregon pine wood or equivalent. It must be possible to paint the surface;
2) The floor must endure a point load of 400 kg and the estimated sprung must be between minimum 2,5 mm (per 100 kg) and maximum 4,5 mm (per 450 kg). Documentation must be enclosed to the tender;
3) The floor area that must be covered is approx. 450 m
4) The flooring must be executed in the weeks 28-31, 2020;
5) The tenderer that is winning the tender competition is responsible for all measurements being accurate;
6) Tenderers that can present certification for CoC and/or FCS are preferred.
