Further development of Haldenschule - specialist planner selection process HLS (plant groups 1 to 3 and 8) in accordance with § 55 HOAI

The municipality of Kernen is planning the further development of the stockpile school on the basis of a feasibility study conducted in advance. In order to meet current requirements and requirements, the next step is to implement a sports hall with a canteen, auditorium and all-day premises as a new building.

The results of the feasibility study that has already been carried out and a project description are included in the participation documents.

Services from the specialist planning for heating, ventilation, sanitation (HLS) in accordance with § 55 HOAI (presumably work phases 1 - 9) are advertised.

The services are tendered throughout Europe in the negotiated procedure according to VgV:

- Level 1: prequalification

- Stage 2: negotiated procedure

According to the current status, the client intends to carry out the gradual commissioning.
