The thirteen (13) Regional Public Broadcasters, represented here by RTV Rijnmond, are looking for a service provider that, together with these organizations, will be able to realize various innovations in the coming years.

The innovations to be realized do not only differ in the type of innovation (think of product innovation, process innovation and system innovation) but also in terms of complexity, moment in time and / or throughput, manageability, (large) dependence on external factors and what else specific to the successful realization of innovations.

On the one hand, the thirteen (13) Regional Public Broadcasters focus on the (further) development of their own web and app channels. At the same time, these Regional Public Broadcasting companies are increasingly collaborating online. In order to realize standardization and to professionally shape the structural exchange of online content with each other but also with third parties, the regional broadcasters want to develop a new 'Exchange' for online content.

After realization (and possibly optimization), the Exchange will be used in the future as a backend for (jointly developed) apps and websites and other forms of technical cooperation between (some) Regional Public Broadcasting companies and with third parties.
