The total alleged amount of the tender contract amounted to EUR 744 913.38 excluding VAT, of which:

— EUR 120 600 00.00 as the amount for ordinary preventive maintenance, subject to a decline in tender,

— EUR 623 025.00 as an amount for repair maintenance at fault, subject to a race downward,

— EUR 1 288.38 as the amount for security charges, not subject to a decline in tender.

Pursuant to Co.16 of Article 23 of Legislative Decree 50/16, the following labor costs were identified: 212 191.20 EUR. The contract may have a shorter duration if there are higher binding provisions for the client, resulting from the failure of the total or partial entrustment of the public transport service. local by the institutional bodies of the client himself, which make it impossible to continue in terms and in the manner provided for by the contract itself, considered in its entirety.
