The purpose of this consultation is a framework agreement for the project management for the works operations of the City of Orléans (coordinator) and Orléans Métropole.It will give rise to a multi-awardee, allottable, renewable framework agreement, with no minimum amount and with a maximum amount, giving rise to subsequent contracts. The purpose of the framework agreement procedure is to select several economic operators who will be put out to competition in writing when the need arises
