Rogaland County has entered into a parallel framework agreement for electro consultancy services with five providers The agreement applies for the whole of Rogaland. The tenderer who ranks highest will be contacted first. The tenderer is entitled to withdraw from the assignment if he does not have the opportunity and capacity to execute the assignment. The next tenderer on the list will then be asked to take the assignment.
