1. The subject of the order is the supply of F-75 marine fuel carried out in 2020, 2021 and 2022, in accordance with the quality requirements indicated by the Employer and the quality clause contained in the "Description of the subject of the contract" constituting Annex 2 to the ToR and in accordance with the requirements contained in the ToR , the quantities included in the option in the table of para. 2 of this chapter, in the column "quantity in option" can be used after the implementation of the basic quantities included in the column "basic quantity" in the event of the needs of the Employer in this respect.

2. The product offered by the Contractor must be approved for use on Polish Navy vessels - in accordance with the quality requirements No. 3/2014 included in the "Description of the subject of the order" constituting Annex 2 to the ToR.

The subject of the order is the supply of F-75 marine fuel in the years 2020, 2021 and 2022 in an amount of 18,000,000 kg (2020 - 6,000,000 kg, 2021 - 6,000,000 kg, 2022 - 6,000,000 kg).
