Award of the architectural services contract for the Flanshaw project. Also the creation of a framework with multiple contractors for architectural services for Bridge Homes' requirements (and others entitled to use the framework) for the next 4 years.

Provision of architectural services.

The framework agreement will be in place for 48 months. Contracts that are called off under the framework agreement may (where necessary) continue beyond the 48 month term of the framework agreement. Any of the contracting authorities entitled to access the framework agreement will have the option to agree and award underlying contracts to the appointed contractor at any stage during the term of the framework agreement.

Please note that actual award contract values will depend on the actual construction value of the project.

Also please note — where an Economic Operator has been awarded a framework agreement, no value is attributed to those contracts until a specific project is awarded to them. Values stated below are for award notice purposes only.
