OPCU mission (scheduling, management and urban coordination) within the framework of the new urban renewal project of the “Fabien” priority district

The object of the present consultation is to appoint a service provider in charge of an urban planning, management and coordination (OPCU) mission for the new urban renewal project of the Fabien district in Bonneuil-sur-Marne. The mission concerns the technical planning and the temporal management of all physical operations programmed in the multi-year Fabien district site agreement and in the EPT GPSEA framework agreement. These services are defined and specified in the CCTP.
