EDF wishes to set up a framework market to cover the needs concerning the production and management of communication printouts for its departments and its French subsidiaries, in two separate lots:
- lot 1: manufacture and management of communication printouts for the routing operations of the EDF trade department and the Linky of Enedis project;
- lot 2: manufacture and management of communication printouts for EDF and its French subsidiaries (excluding routing operations of EDF's trade department and the Linky of Enedis project).
Manufacture and management of communication forms for routing operations of the EDF trade department and the Enedis Linky projectThe aim of this lot is to cover the needs of EDF's marketing and commercial information systems management for its routing operations, as well as the needs of the Enedis Linky project. This essentially involves printing defined and recurring documents relating to large quantitative volumes.
The types of documents to be printed are, for example, posters, folders with flaps, single sheets, leaflets, covers and brochures.
These services include:
- support and advice;
- the choice of means of production;
- possible prepress intervention;
- manufacturing (supply of raw material, printing, shaping, storage, kitting operations, packaging and delivery);
- the manufacturing follow-up from the confirmation of the order until delivery;
- the establishment of a digital order platform.
Production and management of communication printouts for EDF and its French subsidiaries (excluding routing operations of the EDF trade department and the Linky of Enedis project)- this lot aims to cover all the needs of the departments of EDF and its French subsidiaries throughout metropolitan France (excluding the requirements for routing operations of the marketing department and the information systems department EDF business and outside the needs of the Enedis Linky project);
- it involves printing all types of document, in standard or tailor-made formats that can relate to small or large quantitative volumes.
The types of documents to be printed are, for example, posters, folders with flaps, single sheets, leaflets, covers and brochures.
These services include:
- support and advice;
- the choice of means of production;
- possible prepress intervention;
- manufacturing (supply of raw material, printing, shaping, storage, kitting operations, packaging and delivery);
- the manufacturing follow-up from the confirmation of the order until delivery;
- the establishment of a digital order platform.
Manufacturing services must be performed in the same region as the request.
