Conducting environmental, hydrogeological and geotechnical studies to characterize the underground environment in order to adapt the development project and determine the condition of the sites and soils in order to define the management measures to be implemented to ensure compatibility of the sites with the planned uses and to define the methods of management of the excavated material generated by the development work carried out within the perimeter of the Pirmil Les Isles operation

The holder of lot n°1 will be responsible for carrying out the following services:- Diagnostic investigations on "soil, concrete, groundwater, surface water, soil gas and ambient air" environments;- Environmental diagnosis or MONITORING reports;- Management plans with Residual Risk Analysis;- Controls of rehabilitation works;- Usage restriction files;

The holder of lot n°2 will be responsible for carrying out the following services:- Asbestos and PAH diagnosis in asphalt- Geotechnical and hydrogeological investigations- Establishment of investigation reports- Control and reporting to the project manager and the contracting authority
