The subject of the order is the supply of equipment (sack cutter, baler) as part of task 2,, Design and construction of the Compost Plant together with the supply of equipment” within the project,, System of Selective Collection of Municipal Waste Collection in Tarnów” The Ordering Party allows the submission of tenders partial. The order was divided into 2 (two) parts and includes:

1. PART 1 ORDER — DELIVERY OF BAG TEAR EQUIPMENT TOGETHER

WITH A DEVICE SEPARATING THE BAGS FROM WASTE WITH ITS SUITABLE BUILT-IN AND SUPPORT STRUCTURE (ORGANIC FRACTION SEPARATOR) — 1 PC.

2. PART 2 OF THE ORDER — DELIVERY OF BALER (CHANNEL PRESS) — 1 PC

The object of this part of the order is the purchase, along with the delivery to the office of the ordering person, together with a device that separates the bags from the waste with its appropriate construction and support structure. The supplied device will be used to effectively and quickly open plastic bags with waste and empty them of the contents.

In plastic bags there will be both BIO waste in the form of kitchen waste as well as BIO waste in the form of grass, leaves and small branches. Capacity of the supplied device: min 4000 Mg/year kitchen waste and min 6000 Mg/year green waste (grass, leaves, small branches).

The delivered device will work in the open.

The device for tearing bags should consist of a backfill part and a rooter with a mechanism to open bags for waste dumping and a device that separates bags from waste. The effectiveness of opening bags should be a minimum of 90% at the assumed bandwidth. The effectiveness of opening bags applies to both 120 liter bags and 5 liter bags. Waste to the device will be fed with a single-vascular or telescopic charger.

The supplied equipment should consist of a basic device of a sack, a device for separating bags from waste and the necessary steel structures, landings and feeders. Installation on the Supplier side of the device.

1.The machine must come from serial production. Equipment from unit production and such equipment from serial production, the parameters of which have been specially modified to meet the requirements of this SWZ shall not be permitted.

2.The machine must be new, free from design defects, material, execution and legal defects.

3.The machine must comply with the commonly applicable standards and standards adopted for such equipment, be authorised for marketing and use in Poland and the EU (CE certificate of conformity or declaration of conformity issued by the manufacturer shall be provided),

4.The Contractor shall be responsible for the conformity of the supplied machine with the technical and quality parameters described in the SWZ and given in the Contractor's offer.

5.Required machine parameters:

1) factory new - year of production 2021 or later,

2) cannot be a prototype, it is to come from serial production, it is to be marked CE,

3) method of feeding in the tray: horizontal sliding floor, floor

with a chain conveyor or external conveyor

4) working width min. 1200 mm

5) capacitance tray capacity min. 4m3

6) total power of the entire device max. 50 kW

7) backfill height max. 3000 mm

8) adjustment of the speed of the burst shaft or conveyor/floor,

9) feed speed with smooth adjustment,

10) operating capacity min. 6 Mg/h

11) tray plating thickness min 4 mm

12) total length of the device max. 15000 mm

13) width of the device max. 4000 mm

14) height of the device max. 4000 mm

The object of this part of the order is the purchase with delivery to the office of the Ordering Beamers (channel press) -1 pcs.

4) engine min. 15 kW

5) backfill hole with minimum dimensions 700 mm x1200 mm

11) Waste for baling is: paper, cardboard, rigid plastic, PET bottles, plastic film, tin and aluminum cans, fabrics.
