This contract defines the conditions under which the CEA entrusts the Holder, who accepts, with the construction of a modular building No. 488 for tertiary use with an area of approximately 1000 m² on one level on the CEA site of Paris-Saclay.

The services are divided into a lump sum part and an estimated part on prior estimates.

The benefits of the lump sum part are described in the CCTP of the CEA referenced in Article 2 below and include in particular:

- studies,

- the preparation of the building permit submission file,

- earthworks, foundations,

- the manufacture of modular buildings,

- preparatory work,

- the delivery, installation and commissioning of modular office buildings,

- connection works,

- the cleaning and removal of all waste and grease resulting from this work,

- the establishment of the DOE and DIUO,

- operations prior to acceptance, including the performance of all commissioning tests,

- The reception.
