Huddersfield Pharmacy Specials (HPS) hosted by Calderdale and Huddersfield NHS Foundation Trust manufactures a wide range of products including dermatological, oral and topical liquids, infusion fluids and ampoules. HPS are looking for a company or companies with good customer service to supply medicinal containers and closures on a call off basis. The contractors will be expected to hold stock and to deliver on time to the specification and quality standards set out in the tender document. Injectionvials and overseals are to be made to ISO8362. Ampoules are to be made to standard ISO9187.The bottles are washed, undergo a depyrogenation cycle before being filled, sealed and sterilised in a fluids autoclave. They are used in the manufacturer of sterile products, oral and topical solutions. Ampoules are opened, filled, sealed and sterilised in a fluids autoclave.
