The purpose of this contract is the preventive and corrective multi-technical maintenance of the equipment and materials of the CPAM 78, namely the headquarters of the organization located 92 avenue de Paris - 78000 VERSAILLES. In addition, the holder must also carry out maintenance services on the ancillary sites of the CPAM des Yvelines in accordance with the provisions of the CCTP of 16 December 2022 and its annexes.

the services are carried out in accordance with the technical requirements of the Special Technical Clauses Specifications.The Holder will provide the following services during the term of the contract:? About Versailles :? Presence of a technical agent on site under the conditions set out in article 5-4 C.C.A.P? Punctual operations allowing the sustainability of the site and safety on Versailles only: cleaning of technical rooms, snow removal, blowing of leaves obstructing the gutters, ... (non-exhaustive list)? Monthly reading of the various meters (electricity, gas and water),? Attendance at regular meetings? Carrying out scheduled maintenance operations,? Compulsory annual inspections of certain equipment,? Troubleshooting interventions outside the hours of presence of the technical agent? Sending and maintaining the schedule of maintenance operations in dematerialized format and available on a customer platform/area? Weekly report of interventions in dematerialized format and can be consulted on a platform/customer area on all sites:? Maintenance and verification of facilities (regulatory preventive maintenance)?
