The contract concerns the supply of 5 hydrogen gas-powered city buses equipped with a fuel cell energy conversion system (fuell-cell) in class I, 12 meters with fully lowered floor and 3 double access doors. The vehicles supplied are complete and new from the factory. They must be approved and comply with the Community and national technical requirements applicable to buses, to the Lombardy Region Law n. 6 of 04/04/2012.

The services must be carried out in compliance with the quantitative, qualitative, technical and functional characteristics provided for in all the tender documents, which are referred to here, Furthermore, since it is a contract that is financially covered by funding from the European Recovery and Resilience Mechanism (RRF) and the related National Plan (PNRR), the principle of Do No Significant Harm (DNSH) and "climate tagging" must necessarily be respected.
