The Elbe-Klinikum Stade-Buxtehude GmbH and Ostemed Kliniken und Pflege GmbH intend to conclude a framework agreement with a manufacturer for the procurement of up to 6x left heart catheter measuring stations (LHKM). The framework agreement has a term of 4 years.

The following devices are part of this framework agreement:

1. EKB 2022: LHKM incl. hemo, EPU and 3D mapping (3D mapping separate assignment)

2nd EKB 2024/2025: LHKM incl. hemodynamics (replacement of the existing Siemens system)

3. OMK BRV 2022: LHKM incl. hemodynamics

4. EKS 2023/2024: LHKM incl. hemodynamics (replacement of the existing Siemens system)

5. EKS 2026: LHKM/DSA (interdisciplinary) incl. hemodynamics (replacement of the existing Canon system)

6th EKS 2025/2026: LHKM/DSA (interdisciplinary) (replacement exchange Hancken system)

For 3. a simple monoplane system is required. For 1st and 2nd a medium monoplane system and for 4th a biplane system. A DSA system (interdisciplinary) is planned for the 5th and 6th. The services of the respective system are described in detail in the specifications.

A retrieval of the devices listed under 1. and 3. should take place as soon as possible after the order has been awarded in 2022. The other systems listed may be retrieved at a different time. In order to ensure price stability in the event of a later call-off in a slightly different specification, the list prices for all devices, options, accessories, etc. must be submitted. In addition, the amount of a discount at the list price must be indicated. In the case of a later call-off, a maximum increase in the offered price based on the Wiesbaden Index applies.
